Location: Marblehead, MA
1. ADULT SAILING INSTRUCTORS
We have part-time openings for basic keelboat and intermediate keelboat instruction.
The position includes teaching classroom and on-the-water sessions to adult students including 3 day weekend classes and private hourly classes.

At Satori Sailing, we pride ourselves on providing a first-rate teaching experience so we are looking for instructors who value our same standard of excellence and passion for sailing!
​
Strongly preferred qualifications:*
- 2-3 years teach experience
- USCG Captains License
- US Sailing, ASA Nauticed or other equivalent certification for basic keelboat
- Outgoing, you love people!

Compensation; Excellent hourly pay for industry: commensurate to experience.

2. Day Charter Captains
If you are an highly experienced big boat sailor with a USCG ticket, earn some extra money this summer by hosting day charters our of Marblehead on our Hunter 33' or J42' . Get paid to show people a wonderful time while doing what you love!

Part-time, mainly weeknights or weekend days.
Required Qualifications:
- USCG OUPV or higher captains license
- 8-10+ experience running a 30-14 foot aux powered sailboat
- Outgoing, professional and you are great with people!

3. Customer Relations Manager
​
We are looking for a person to be on call during the week to respond to customer inquiries and to help with scheduling for classes and charters.
​
This is a great summer seasonal position for someone who wants to gain experience in a number of areas in a successful early-stage business while still maintaining a flex schedule.
​
You may where many hats from providing administrative help, to customer relations and some help with marketing program execution.
​
Strong preferred qualifications:
- Very well organized
- Detail oriented
- Loves solving problems
- People person!
- Professional and outgoing manner

Compensation:
- Part-time – 8-10 hours per week
- Weekly base pay with flexible schedule
- Pay rate commensurate with experience

Satori Sailing, going into its fourth season, is committed to providing high quality sailing experiences for adults with a range of sailing goals and experience. We do this through an adult sailing school that teaches to the highest standards, along with fun and innovative charter sailing adventures for those who just want to experience the joy of getting out on the water.
