Sail Satori can customize a private, team sailing experience just for you!
Our team outings combine plenty of sun, water and fun while using the sport of sailing to build team cohesion and resilience when back in the office.
With an onboard Captain / Sailing Instructor, Sail Satori staff will lead your team through a series of sailing drills that encourage teamwork and communication.

OUR VESSELS
Satori Sailing can use one or both of its vessels, S/V Satori and S/V Arcadia depending on the size of your group. With two vessels we can accommodate up to 12 people and can provide a fun, low key sailing competition between yachts!

Our boats are both located in Salem Harbor with easy access for your team.
SOUL SAIL
A TRANSFORMATIONAL DAY OF LIFE COACHING ON THE WATER
When we go out on the ocean or in nature, we are able to tune out from the stress of our daily lives so we can tune-in to ourselves.
With your mind calm and body relaxed, we are able to access our own intuitive wisdom around any area of life.
n this afternoon group coaching experience, Sail Satori will provide you with an opportunity to work on places you may be stuck in life, need clarity in, or simply just a fresh perspective.
We'll spend 3 hours in contemplation, conversation and enjoying a beautiful sail on Salem Sound.
Maximum of three participants.
COST: $150 per person for three hours
