Coastal Navigation Certification Class

Description

Coastal Navigation Certification Class by US Sailing (4 Classes + Test) Gain high competency in traditional navigation techniques with a US Sailing certification. Building upon the March 16th class, students will attend three more classes to build more competency and additional skills including plotting a Dead Reckoning (DR) course; a course corrected for leeway; determine a course to steer given the set and drift of a known current; a running fix and more. One the final day students will complete the US Sailing certification written test.
